- UKZN-LC: University of KwaZulu-Natal Leadership Centre research collaboration with OU-OSRG (open systems research group) on public sector management and systems practice.
- Systems concepts and evaluation Publication and professional development support for evaluators in different sectors involving colleagues from New Zealand, America and Europe
- Projects on social learning for managing natural resources including use of critical systems approaches in Guyana (involving OU-OSRG Visiting Professor Werner Ulrich) and soft systems approaches for the integrated management and sustainable use of water amongst five European countries
